Meet Toby
Born and brought up in Sheffield, my passion for photography and videography began at an early age and has continued to this day. I am fascinated by the many ways in which visual media can portray our emotions and memories, and am drawn towards spontaneous and unscripted shots, aiming to capture raw and memorable moments.
My work is driven by individual narratives, finding visual methods to tell each client's unique story. Having worked with the University of Sheffield and World Book Day, I have the experience and focus to make my clients' vision a reality.
With a love for the outdoors and the Peak District on my doorstep, I can frequently be found taking shots in some of the country's most beautiful surroundings, while Sheffield itself provides a vibrant sport and music scene to capture people living life at their fullest.

The portrait lens. Wide enough to give context, fast enough to shoot in near-darkness - produces that cinematic, natural look with beautiful background separation.
